Graceful Gatherings was founded from a lifelong appreciation for design and the way a thoughtfully curated environment brings people together.
I’m Alex, the founder, a wife and a mother, and someone who has always been drawn to creating spaces that feel as beautiful as they are meaningful. What began as a love for hosting has evolved into a more intentional practice. Today, I design gatherings that feel seamless, personal, and carefully considered from beginning to end.
Our approach blends refined aesthetics with meticulous planning, always guided by a genuine desire to serve. Every element is chosen with purpose so each experience feels effortless, cohesive, and meaningful.

Behind the scenes, I’m the one building and putting things together. With over 20 years of experience in construction and custom fabrication, I handle everything from pre-building structural pieces to getting everything set up on-site. I make sure it’s solid, safe, and done the right way. At the end of the day, if it looks good, holds up, and the client’s happy, then I’ve done my job.
